  Great food, quick and quality service, nice atmosphere. Needs to fill soap in the bathroom and maybe get some tissues in there as they only have the electric hand dryers (a little difficult to blow your nose with that). Other than that the wait staff, hosts, and managers are all great and provide the customer with a nice dining experience.

  This very well might have been the best part of our trip to Hunt Valley. Our arrival was my husband's first experience at a Carrabba's Italian Grill, (AND he is Italian, a fabulous cook, extremely finicky about Italian food - almost to the point that he really doesn't enjoy most meals outside of the home-cooked ones) He was in HEAVEN. He ordered the Minestrone Soup and lovely salad - I had a breaded chicken with their signature pasta and fresh salad. Well, my husband enjoyed half of my dinner as well as his own. On a scale of 1 to 10, his rating was 10! He enjoyed everything, the salad, soup, chicken (which he makes himself) and the pasta! He even took a loaf of bread with us to snack on later! The service was impeccable, but the most significant part of the experience is when the manager Nicky Eisenstein came by to check on our meal. She stayed and visited with us, gave us some history on the restaurant, recommend other meals to try and even shared the Minestrone soup recipe in a very special way! My husband wanted it so he could make it for his mother who is Italian, and 91 years old. It was a very special moment that she went the extra mile to get us the recipe, and she did it with heartfelt consideration. Great staff, excellent food - Nicky was a first class manager! We will be back!!!
